In this newly-created position, you will:

Lead consumer duty and ensure compliance across the business (products and services, price and value, consumer understanding and consumer support)
Chair the Customer Committee
Ensure oversight

The firm have an office in Essex, from which you will work 2/3 days a week, with the remainder from home.
