An unmissable opportunity to boost your career with one of the UK's fastest-growing intermediary groups is seeking a Junior Insurance Executive Broker to join their dynamic team in Braxted/Witham.

Working in a specialist and unique team which supports businesses manage their exposure and liabilities in relation to fire risk. Supporting a wide range of clients mainly across Professional risk and wholesale markets.

What you'll do with full support & training:

  • Develop and maintain a personal pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Provide clients with expert advice on new business quotations, and coverage options, and guide them through renewals.
  • Work closely with clients to expand and optimize their coverage, ensuring they have the appropriate protection.
  • Collaborate with the broking and support teams to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Actively negotiate with underwriters to secure the best possible terms for clients.
  • Manage all cases in a compliant, timely manner.
  • Meet and maintain income and retention targets.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and support the development of colleagues.
  • Assist with renewals and policy adjustments as needed.

What you'll bring:

  • A passion for insurance and a desire to build client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales experience working in a business-to-business environment.
  • Basic understanding of insurance concepts (preferred but not essential).
  • Ideally, you will have worked towards the Cert CII qualifications. Although Professional Indemnity, Commercial/General insurance experience is highly desirable. 

Skills: 

  • Proactive and keen to learn. 
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Full driving licence and be prepared to travel as a part of your development role to visit clients when required.
