Are you seeking the autonomy to develop your marketing skills?

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join a successful FMCG Group and play a key role in driving business growth. In this role, you will bridge the gap between new product development, sales, and marketing by developing and refining storytelling, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that highlight product value and resonate with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine messaging that differentiates branded and white-label products.
  • Plan and execute successful product launches that maximise market impact.
  • Equip the sales team with essential tools such as pitch decks, product training, and marketing collateral to drive product adoption.
  • Continuously analyse competitors and gather customer feedback to refine product positioning and strategy.
  • Oversee branding and packaging design processes, working with external design agencies to create impactful marketing assets.
  • Plan and coordinate attendance at national trade exhibitions and customer events, ensuring strong brand visibility.
  • Manage and create content for targeted social media channels, including Instagram & Facebook. Work with agencies and influencers to enhance digital engagement.
  • Conduct market research, store audits, and data analysis to provide insights on trends and opportunities.
About you:
  • Proven experience in a Product Marketing role, ideally in the FMCG sector.
  • Ability to develop product messaging and execute successful product launches.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, ensuring product value is effectively conveyed.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and campaign performance.
  • Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in social media marketing, digital campaigns, and content creation.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working on-site in a standalone marketing role while collaborating with the broader group marketing team.
What's on Offer:

You'll be stepping into a newly established marketing role, offering plenty of opportunities to shape the function and make a tangible impact. With a supportive Group Marketing Manager and a strong emphasis on collaboration within the team, this is an ideal role for someone looking to drive growth and take their marketing career to the next level.

If you are an ambitious marketing professional looking for more autonomy and the opportunity to drive growth, we'd love to hear from you!  If this sounds like you, please contact Samantha Chambers;  we are shortlisting for interviews immediately.
