The RoleAs a Senior Sales Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in generating new business, building strong relationships, and driving sales for an innovative and growing organisation. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership in a dynamic environment to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities- Build detailed market maps to identify key companies and opportunities within your target industry.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored solutions in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Proactively generate leads and new business opportunities through phone, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Arrange meetings with potential clients to create roadmaps for collaboration and discuss tailored projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to offer valuable insights and advice to clients.
- Build connections with top technology professionals, including Flink and Databricks engineers.
- Represent the company at industry-specific events to expand your network and create sales opportunities.
We’re looking for a driven and ambitious professional with:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the technology sector (e.g., software or platform sales).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Base Salary: £35,000–£40,000, depending on experience.
- Commission Structure: Generous commission with realistic OTE of £55,000–£60,000, based on achieving an average of four deals annually (average deal size: £50,000).
