- Location: Hybrid role covering nurseries in Essex & Hertfordshire
- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year, depending on experience

As the Nursery Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a number of nurseries, ensuring high standards of care and education are maintained. You will provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to nursery managers, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and creating a positive, engaging environment for both staff and children.

What We're Looking For:
- Level 3 in Early Years or higher (essential)
- 2+ years' management experience within an early years setting (essential)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to travel between settings across Essex and Hertfordshire
- A proactive approach to improving quality and promoting best practices
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with staff, parents, and stakeholders
