Position: Planner

Location: Essex

Salary: £60k-£90k + (Car+Package)

Our client is a well established regional contractor who operates across the Kent and Sussex region. Year on year they go from strength to strength and due to business demands, they are now recruiting for a Senior Planner to join their busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the on site delivery teams on projects valued £2m-£10m
  • Lead planning for Small to medium tenders and sites
  • Mentor the planning team for high performance
  • Develop comprehensive project programs
  • Verify and challenge suppliers' programs
  • Compile adjudication books and assist with project reports
  • Assess progress against programs and report findings
  • Update project programs in line with contracts
  • Implement change control processes effectively
  • Contribute to cost management and positive cash flow
  • Train and mentor junior team members
  • Ensure site health, safety, and environmental compliance
  • NEC Experience
  • Tender experience
