Your new companyExciting opportunity to join a well-regarded Property Consultancy as a Commercial Agency Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and successful agency team where your market knowledge and deal-making skills will make a real impact.
Your new roleAs a key member of the commercial agency team, you will be involved in all aspects of acquisition, disposal and leasing across a wide range of commercial property sectors including office, retail and industrial. You'll be working closely with landlords, occupiers, investors and developers, providing expert advice and driving transactions from instruction to completion. As part of this role you will identify and secure new agency instuctions and benefit from the cross-selling culture of the business, which helps drive enquiries. You will also conduct inspections and viewings and negotiate lease terms, sales agreements and heads of terms.
What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful for this role, professional qualification such as MRICS is preferred, although not essential. You should have prevous experience working in a commercial agency environment and possess strong negotiation and communication skills. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
