Job Description:

We are a family-owned company based in Essex, and we are currently expanding our team for a Fire and Security Install and Service Engineer. We specialize in working with Paxton, Texecom, Concept Pro, Gent, and Avigilon systems. We are offering an opportunity for an experienced engineer who is seeking a stable and supportive working environment with opportunities for up-to-date training.

Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and service a range of fire and security systems including Paxton, Texecom, Concept Pro, Gent, and Avigilon.

- Respond to callouts as part of a rota and provide professional and efficient support to customers.

- Keep up to date with training and certification to ensure knowledge of the latest industry standards and best practices.

- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Always adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Fire and Security Install and Service Engineer, preferably with knowledge of Paxton, Texecom, Concept Pro, Gent, and Avigilon systems.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- A valid driver's license and the flexibility to participate in a call-out rota.

 Day-to-day

- Installing and servicing fire and security systems at various customer sites.

- Conducting routine maintenance and servicing of existing systems to ensure optimal performance.

- Responding to callouts in a timely manner and providing effective solutions to technical issues.

- Collaborating with colleagues and supporting any training or development initiatives within the team.

- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to installations, maintenance, and customer interactions.
