A small yet ambitious fire consultancy based in South Essex is seeking a skilled Fire Risk Assessor to join their growing team.
This exciting opportunity will see the successful Fire Risk Assessor working across the residential sector, including low- and mid-rise blocks of flats, alongside some smaller commercial properties.
The Fire Risk Assessor's Role
As the Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) in residential and commercial environments.
Your work will extend to Fire Door Surveys and Inspections, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
The Successful Fire Risk Assessor Will Have
Qualifications:
- Recognised fire safety qualification, such as FPA, NEBOSH Fire, or equivalent
- Tier registered 3 and above
- Ideally a member of IFE or IFSM
Skills:
- Demonstrable experience conducting Fire Risk Assessments, ideally in the residential sector
- Experience in Fire Door Surveys and knowledge of health and safety practices

- £45,000 - £55,000
- Fully Remote working with regular online meetings and occasional CPD training in person
