The company

As a Business Development Executive, you will be integral to expanding the client base and driving the company's growth. The ideal candidate will be confident at identifying new business opportunities, growing client relationships, and staying ahead of industry trends.
Duties
- Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered, including delivery procedures and methods.
- Work with various departments to understand service delivery to new and existing clients.
- Manage client accounts, uncover new opportunities, and maintain strong relationships.
- Stay updated on emerging market trends to keep the company at the forefront of industry opportunities.
- Produce and process client enquiries, quotations, and instructions promptly and accurately.
- Promote company services and provide support via telephone, email, online, and in-person meetings.
- Deliver high standards of client care and support with a consultative approach.
- Attend client meetings and industry events, both in-person and virtually, to promote services and build relationships.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to create and participate in sales campaigns and industry events.
- Maintain accurate records of engagements and opportunities in the company CRM system.
- Provide exceptional client care that reflects the company's image.
- Facilitate responses to contractor applications, Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ), and tender opportunities.
- Support and comply with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
- Consistently meet or exceed benchmarks and deadlines, contributing to personal and company success.
- Produce clear and concise reports reflecting efforts and successes.
- Perform any additional tasks or duties as required.
