They pride themselves on their commitment to their clients and their employees, delivering excellent results and rewarding their teams.Your new roleAs a senior site manager, you will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Your key responsibilities include:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement and maintain effective project management systems and procedures.
What you'll need to succeedAs a senior site manager, you will have proven experience working as a No1 on projects within the healthcare, hospitality and education sectors on projects valued from £5m to £20m. It is essential that you have managed entire projects from start to completion and have build experience. You will also need:
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- First aid
