Project Manager (Interim)

Job Role

To act as the project manager for the delivery of a service improvement plan or delivery of complex service based projects.

To identify and or refine project requirements, delivery timelines and costs.

To report to and liaise with senior management, leading member and partners and compile, submit and explain project status reports.

Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery and produce highlight reports.

Identifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths of staff members.

To develop and maintain the detailed project plans, and adapt if required to any changing needs and requirements.

To assist staff on process mapping, provide suitable challenge as to the effectiveness of processes and help develop solutions to improve services.

Working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation.

Developing excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders.

The Experience You Will Bring

Experienced Project Manager in local government/housing associations and preferably in housing or with a good understanding of housing functions.

Confidence to report on and explain any variations from the programme, but also to identify early any issues and put remedial options in place.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.

Proficient user in MS software.
