Role Description:

As a well-established signage, graphic and branding specialist with a focus on the Exhibition and event industry. Our client are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join a new division within the business, where the opportunity and scope are significant for the right person. The successful project manager will be responsible for delivering modular stand build services to its organiser and exhibitor clients ranging from pre-packaged and bespoke modular space only stands to organiser show floor modular feature stands. The Project Manager role will oversee multiple strategic projects and ensure their alignment with the company’s vision and strategy. This position involves managing deliverables and milestones, coordinating new projects, overseeing lifecycle management, and implementing regular reporting mechanisms. A key focus will be team building, development, and knowledge sharing to ensure all project managers are aligned and supported. Close communications with the graphics Project Managers will be key to ensure alignment and to coordinate a one-show delivery model. Experience within the exhibition industry would be beneficial as would a track record in exhibition/event stand building.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Lead and manage projects across various portfolios and locations across UK & Europe

  • Attend site to lead manage projects to ensure supplier compliance, timeframes and quality standards are met and handover to the client

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation

  • Stay calm and steadfast, promoting the values of the business

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the flawless execution of projects

  • Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders

  • Ensure Health & Safety regulations and managed and achieved on each project

  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement

  • Liaise with suppliers and provide detailed information to enable them to deliver the best possible service

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Smartsheets

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to foster a supportive and accountable team culture
