Project Manager - Freelance (Outside IR35)

On-site delivering a new build Power station in Essex over the 12 - 18 months

  • Location: Thurrock, Essex (on-site)
  • Salary: £450 (Outside IR35) per day + Accommodation, Mileage, Daily Expenses

Role Description:

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an M&E contractor who has been awarded the installation of a new Power station based in Essex. You will deliver the programme over the next 12 - 18 months, hence looking for a temporary/freelance contractor to support the delivery of the scheme.

Your duties will vary depending on the programme of works but could include:

  • Prepare pre-mobilisation plans and pre-construction requirements including HSE and Quality Plans.
  • Assess need for input of labour, supervision and equipment during the course of construction.
  • Ensure that methods of work are up to date, efficient and in accordance with company and client safety policies and Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Validation and preparation of commercial budgets and essential reporting structures.
  • Managing project health and safety with support from the HSE Manager.
  • Work with field staff to resolve technical and constructability issues.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Relevant construction/trade qualifications (electrical bis)
  • Industry experience (Electrical, Instrumentation and control)
  • Full UK driving license
