Role Description:

Our client specialises in large-format printing and design, transforming ideas into reality through cutting-edge technology. They create exceptional exhibition stands and graphics for major global clients, delivering impactful visual experiences across the UK andinternationally.

As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Senior Project Manager to take the lead on high-profile accounts, manage large-scale projects, and support the development of the project management team.

The Role

Reporting directly to the COO, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and overseeing a portfolio of complex, large-scale projects. You will play a vital role in project execution, ensuring seamless communication between clients, design, production, and installation teams.

Additionally, you will mentor Junior Project Managers, helping to develop their skills and enhance overall project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards
  • Take ownership of large-scale projects, both in the UK and internationally
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from client brief through to installation
  • Work closely with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into successful project plans
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring smooth workflows
  • Ensure timely proofing, approvals, and coordination with design and production teams
  • Lead on-site installations, providing guidance and problem-solving support
  • Mentor and develop Junior Project Managers, supporting their growth and expertise
  • Identify and implement improvements in project efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness
  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership, contributing to business strategy and growth
  • Ensure all projects adhere to budget, timelines, and compliance standards.
