Our client, located in Witham, is on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Executive with export or international trade experience to join their team.

Successful applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience within an office-based customer service role and have experience of dealing with customers over the phone, providing an exceptional service at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly and assisting with customer queries via email and phone.
  • Managing a portfolio of orders, serving as the primary customer contact.
  • Processing, organising transport to end delivery destinations.
  • Liaising with internal departments, ensuring that deliveries are made according to customers' requirements.
  • Ensuring all compliance is in line with customer requirements.
  • Providing support to the Sales Manager as required.
  • General admin tasks as instructed.

Your Background:

  • Minimum 3 years' customer service experience.
  • Experience within the Manufacturing industry is beneficial.
  • Experience in export, custom declarations or international trade is essential.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Handling and resolving problems or experience scheduling.
  • Strong IT skills (competent with MS Office)
  • Able to deal calmly and effectively with customers and bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
