Assure Personnel are currently supporting a Risk Management Services based in Witham, to recruit for a Client Services Coordinator.

Role Purpose: To provide comprehensive client services administration, liaise with clients, and support the smooth delivery of services. This role ensures that quotations and client instructions are processed in line with SLAs, while also supporting the planning and allocation of work for Advisors and Surveyors efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and process client quotations and instructions accurately and promptly in line with company SLAs.
  • Maintain regular telephone and email communication with new and existing clients, promoting services and offering support. Where needed, arrange appointments for the client services team.
  • Liaise with clients to coordinate access and schedule appointments.
  • Enter client information into the company's electronic database and keep all records up to date.
  • Implement marketing and promotional activities to enhance the company's profile and ensure targets are met.
  • Assist other departments, maintaining a solid understanding of systems and processes to ensure smooth operational continuity.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, reflecting the company's image.
  • Manage email inboxes to ensure all communications comply with SLAs.
  • Undertake key projects and responsibilities as directed by the Process Manager.
  • Meet and exceed targets and deadlines set by the Process Manager, Client Services Manager, and/or Head of Commercial Operations, ensuring the team completes tasks effectively.
  • Perform any additional duties as required by the Process Manager.
