Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis, for an organisation based in Essex.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:
- Manage and monitor the Customer Service inbox
- Act as first point of contact
- Log and schedule any repairs from customers
- Record and document customer details accurately
- Manage KPI's
- Handle complaints and escalate if necessary
Essential Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor:
- Previous customer service experience (essential)
