We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our client's team, working within their container division based at London Gateway. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service for multiple accounts.

Customer Service Coordinator - Job Description

  • Enter bookings into the system and manage the process from start to finish.
  • Ensure bookings are accurately planned and executed, promptly addressing any issues with customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and updates.
  • Provide timely feedback and issue resolution to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver key performance indicator (KPI) reports to customers to ensure service standards are met.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to bookings and operational support.
  • Provide accurate and competitive quotes for customer requests.

Customer Service Coordinator - Job Requirements

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-focused mindset.
  • Prior experience in logistics, container operations, and customer service is desirable.
  • Proficient in general administrative tasks and comfortable working with booking systems (training provided).

Customer Service Coordinator - Job Remunerations

  • Monday - Friday 7:00 - 17:00 and 7:30 - 17:30 on a weekly rotation.
  • Salary £30,000 - £35,000
  • Annual bonus (discretionary).
  • 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays on top from day 1.
