  • Answer customer enquiries about products. Sending out samples
  • Update customer information in the database
  • Provide information to customers about the status of their orders and deliveries
  • Organising deliveries and transportation of products
  • Use of Excel daily to track shipments Sales Admin/order Management
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Prepare delivery documents and issue invoices to customers
  • Keep track orders to ensure timely deliveries
