We're seeking a dedicated Early Years, Reception Class Teacher to join our dynamic team ASAP or no later than after half term for the rest of the school year, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities in this EYFS role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons.
  • Foster a supportive and nurturing classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure holistic student development.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student performance and progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (PGCE/QTS preferred).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience working with early years or reception-age children.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
