�? Early Years Learning Support Assistant �?
Are you passionate about working with young children and shaping their early learning experiences? We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Learning Support Assistant (LSA) starting January 2025. If you hold a Level 3 childcare qualification or have relevant experience in a UK nursery or school setting, we'd love to hear from you!
The RoleAs an Early Years LSA, you will:
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities.
- Work closely with children to nurture their development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Create a positive, safe, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment of learning activities.
- Provide individualised support to children where needed, fostering confidence and independence.
You must have:? A Level 3 childcare qualificationOR? Proven experience in a nursery or school setting within the UK.? A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with staff, children, and families.? A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young learners.
