Care Home Manager, Essex

Permanent Full Time - Care Home Manager, Essex £54,000 – £60,000 per annum. Depending on experience.

Halcyon Health and Social Care Essex are working exclusively with our client, one of the UK’s leading care providers with an excellent reputation for providing exceptional care, supporting older people including those living with dementia.

We are actively seeking a Care Home Manager to oversee one of their beautiful CQC homes in Essex, with a well-established team.

What we are looking for:

ü  Proven experience of working within a Dementia setting.

ü  Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leader or managerial role within the health and social care sector.

ü  Relevant NVQ qualifications such as Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care Level 4/5, or be willing to work towards.

ü  Strong knowledge of CQC requirements, relevant regulations, legislation and standards.

ü  Great personality with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

ü  Registered Nurse Certification is desired, although not essential.
