Duties

  • Accurately produce and process client quotations and instructions in line with SLAs.
  • Liaise with clients via phone and email, promoting services, providing support, and arranging appointments.
  • Coordinate with clients to arrange access and update the electronic database.
  • Assist other departments, ensuring seamless operational continuity.
  • Provide high-level customer care, reflecting the business image.
  • Manage email inbox to comply with SLAs.
  • Support Client Services Teams to achieve company targets.
  • Compile and analyse updates and reports on work progress and issues.
  • Promote services and support existing clients.
  • Collaborate on marketing and promotional activities to enhance the company's profile.
  • Support additional administrative requirements and contribute to all functions as needed.
  • Undertake duties, projects, and responsibilities as directed by management.
  • Meet and exceed targets and deadlines set by management.
