We are seeking a skilled Factory Operative with prior experience in a factory setting. This is an excellent opportunity to join our clients team on a temp-to-perm basis, with continuous training and growth opportunities.
Location - Witham
Hours - Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Operating and tending to machinery
- Conducting quality control inspections
- Performing basic machine operations
- Measuring and assembling components
- Utilizing hand tools
- Handling various general production tasks as needed
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in factory or production roles
- Familiarity with quality control processes
- Capability to perform manual handling tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Background in a manufacturing and production environment
