Key Responsibilities:
- Support month-end analytics, budgeting, and forecasting, providing financial reporting to key stakeholders.
- Utilise financial reporting providing recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Analyse and identify gaps in reporting, offering recommendations and opportunities for business while mitigating impacts.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and executives on cost management within business areas.
- Work with the business and business partners to monitor and analyse financial performance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a management accounting role, with strong knowledge of month-end processes and associated reporting.
- Experience with variance analysis, rolling forecasts, and identifying risks and opportunities within business areas.
- Strong numerical skills with attention to detail.
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with teams and colleagues at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of explaining complex information clearly.
