Responsibilities:
Managing and planning the execution and completion of audits reporting to the senior leadership team.
- Managing a team of Managers and Auditors.
- Develop strong client relationships with regular attendance at client meetings.
- Completion of own compliance work including running sizable audit client portfolio.
- Review of budgets and projections prepared by staff.
- Liaise with financial institutions such as Banks, Factoring Companies, etc.
- Ensure quality of work and all practice procedures conform with regulations and LB protocols and methodology.
- Play a key role in the training of staff and maintaining a high technical level.
- Attend external events and represent the business in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Delegating and supervising team members on all financial related assignments.
- Delivering results and meeting client/Partner/Manager expectations.
- ·Experience in mentoring and training staff.
