Responsibilities:

Managing and planning the execution and completion of audits reporting to the senior leadership team.

  • Managing a team of Managers and Auditors.
  • Develop strong client relationships with regular attendance at client meetings.
  • Completion of own compliance work including running sizable audit client portfolio.
  • Review of budgets and projections prepared by staff.
  • Liaise with financial institutions such as Banks, Factoring Companies, etc.
  • Ensure quality of work and all practice procedures conform with regulations and LB protocols and methodology.
  • Play a key role in the training of staff and maintaining a high technical level.
  • Attend external events and represent the business in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Delegating and supervising team members on all financial related assignments.
  • Delivering results and meeting client/Partner/Manager expectations.
  • ·Experience in mentoring and training staff.
  • ·Excellent organisational and time management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
