- Be integrating small acquisitions in the global portfolio of companies
- Responsible for the finance accounting, management and statutory reporting of the acquire company
- Lead the commercial financial model and business case of the acquired company
- Ensure business and financial targets are met on time
- Lead systems and process integration, between the group and the acquired company
- Lead weekly meetings between the group and acquired company
- Manage senior and a mix of stakeholders globally, internal and external
Requirements: As a Finance Business Partner, you will need…
- Fully Qualified, ideally CIMA
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience dealing with mergers and acquisitions
