We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead our Financial Accounting function at a well-established Further Education College.

The Role:As Finance Manager, you will:

Lead and support a team of three across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Procurement.Oversee and deliver robust month-end reporting.Manage statutory reporting and audit preparation to ensure compliance.Drive improvements in financial controls and processes.

About You:We're looking for someone who:Is professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) - or Qualified by Experience with strong financial accounting expertise.Has experience in the public sector or further education (preferred but not essential).Thrives in a leadership role, supporting and developing their team.Has excellent knowledge of financial reporting and audit preparation.
