Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Financial Planner to join our Essex office. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a financial planning role and a desire to progress in their career. You will provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to clients, ensuring they receive personalised solutions to meet their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial reviews with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Develop and implement financial plans and investment strategies.
  • Provide ongoing advice and support to clients, reviewing their plans regularly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, legislation, and tax laws.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet regulatory and compliance requirements in all client interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in a financial planning or similar advisory role.
  • Relevant financial qualifications (e.g. DipFA, CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, or equivalent).
