What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead, motivate and manage the outbound lead generation team to hit sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop strategies to drive new business for the SME insurance division
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure a seamless lead generation process
  • Monitor performance, analyse data and report to senior management
  • Ensure FCA compliance and industry best practices
  • Mentor and develop your team, fostering a positive, high-energy culture

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven sales leadership experience, ideally in outbound lead generation
  • Strong understanding of the commercial insurance market
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance within financial services
  • A motivational leader who thrives on developing people and driving success
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Acturis knowledge = a plus!)
