Duties

  • Produce and process client quotations and instructions promptly.
  • Liaise with clients via telephone and email, promoting services and arranging appointments.
  • Plan and coordinate site visits, manage key availability, and arrange diaries for Advisors and Surveyors.
  • Handle telephone queries and update the company database.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance the company's profile.
  • Assist other office administrators and provide high-level customer care.
  • Undertake projects and tasks as directed by the Process Manager.
