The successful candidate will have demand planning/ merchandising experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage various stakeholders.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee and manage product forecasting process
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align forecasts with market trends
  • Monitor and adjust forecasts based on changes in demand
  • Work closely with inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Provide insight and analysis on supply chain processes and performance
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation
  • Participate in cross-functional projects as required

Profile

The successful candidate would have:

  • Experience in a similar Demand Planning/ Merchandising role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
