Key Responsibilities:路 Ensure exams are conducted in accordance with school policies and exam board regulations. 路 Set up exam rooms, including preparing seating arrangements and ensuring all necessary materials are in place. 路 Supervise students during exams to maintain a calm and focused environment. 路 Distribute and collect exam papers and materials in a secure and orderly manner. 路 Address any incidents or concerns that may arise during the exam, ensuring that the integrity of the exam process is upheld. 路 Assist with the movement of students, ensuring they follow exam procedures. 路 Help with any additional tasks related to the exam process as required by the exams team.
About You:路 A calm, organized, and responsible individual. 路 Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow strict procedures. 路 Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with students and staff. 路 Ability to remain professional and impartial during exam periods. 路 Previous experience in an invigilator or similar role is preferred but not essential. 路 A flexible and reliable approach to working during exam periods. 路 A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
