Overview

My award-winning client is seeking a skilled and driven Renewals Manager to oversee the renewal process and operations. The Renewals Manager will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process, including forecasting, negotiations, and contract renewals
  • Implement and improve renewal operations to streamline the process and increase efficiency
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and operations teams to ensure successful renewals and client satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and maximize renewal opportunities
  • Analyse renewal data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Requirements

  • Proven experience in renewals, operations, or a related role
  • Demonstrated success in a Renewals Manager role or similar, with a strong track record of improving renewal rates and driving revenue growth
