This role involves heavy usage of SQL, Business Intelligence tools, and reporting systems.

Key responsibilities:

  • Creating new procedures and ensuring rigorous testing and documentation before deployment
  • Maintaining database administration for optimal performance
  • Develop and support database
  • Reporting solutions using the SQL Stack, including SQL Management Studio, SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
  • Create and improve reports, queries and dashboards
  • Diagnosing issues caused by user data and putting mechanisms in place to prevent repeat problems
  • Ensure data integrity

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including query optimisation and stored procedures
  • Ability to work with large datasets
  • Experience in data analysis and troubleshooting data quality issues
  • Analytical and data driven with strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with a tenacious and hard-working attitude
