Our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, is seeking a TRAINEE Powder Coater to join their Production Team team in South Woodham Ferrers. This is a temporary position starting as soon as possible but could lead to a permanent opportunity for the right person.
As a Powder Coater, you will play a crucial role in the production process. Your responsibilities will include applying powder coatings to various components to achieve a high-quality finish. Previous experience in powder coating within a production environment is required.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday on an 8-hour shift basis. The hourly rate for this position is dependant upon experience. Working hours 8am-4pm.
In addition to powder coating, there may be some heavy lifting involved in this role. Therefore, candidates should be able to handle the physical demands of the job. Good dexterity and a clear understanding of verbal and written English are also essential.
