Requirements:
- A strong background in designing Womenswear, with at least 3+ years of experience in the industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software, with a solid understanding of garment construction and fabric properties
- Pattern-making experience is a big plus
- A deep understanding of current and emerging fashion trends, with the ability to translate them into fresh, innovative designs that stand out in the market.
- A strong portfolio
- Strong communication skills to work closely with pattern makers, merchandisers, and the production team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines while keeping creativity high.
- An understanding of the target market and the ability to design in line with brand identity, ensuring each piece resonates with the customers.
