Professional Knowledge and Experience:

Recognized Qualified Teacher Status (DfE)

Degree or equivalent qualification

Knowledge of contemporary educational developments

Proficiency in assessment, reporting, and multicultural teaching

Collaborative teamwork with teaching staff

Motivating students with diverse teaching methods

Effective assessment and progress reporting

Efficient student management

Adaptability in teaching and learning strategies

Rate dependant on qualifications and experience
