If you've been looking to get that promotion but just haven't had the opportunity, this can be the place to do it.

What's the Role?

You'll be working at their new, second site. It's 5ac of protected salad crops. You'll know what the day-to-day responsibilities include. Irrigation, P&D, glasshouse monitoring, IPM and more.

You'll working closely with the other sites manager, and someone who's been growing for over 40 years, you'll have the support around you to develop your technical knowledge and people management skills.

They're looking for you to be the Grower Manager when you're ready.

You'll see yourself working collaboratively with their other site, as well as working with the owners to implement best practices and continuous improvement.

The role is hands on, and there's no doubt you will be working hard but the rewards and opportunities are there.

What do I need?

You'll have experience of growing in protected commercial environments, and understand all tasks included in being a grower.

If you don't have experience in protected salad crops, but you're interested to learn, I want to hear from you.

You'll also have your spray certificates and be confident in using them.
