Are you a driven and experienced Project Manager with a solid background in IT and the insurance industry? We are seeking a talented individual to lead and deliver IT projects to both internal teams and clients.
What You'll Do:
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex IT projects, from planning to post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define requirements, present solutions, and manage relationships.
- Utilize your business analysis skills to design, configure, and implement innovative software solutions.
- Oversee data migration, testing, and UAT while ensuring seamless system implementations.
- Manage projects end-to-end, taking ownership of tasks, timelines, and budgets.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in managing IT projects, with a strong ability to communicate with both technical teams and business users.
- Solid background in software development and analysis, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Business analysis skills with experience in SQL, database applications, and configuring software for client use.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to tight deadlines, and solve complex problems.
