Warehouse & Logistics Team Leader

Prime Appointments is proud to work with a prestigious employer in Witham Essex, which has the opportunity for a Warehouse & Logistics Team Leader to join their growing team. This Permanent position is to support all areas of the warehouse and is integral to the success of the department.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Understand and implement site safety standards, including compliance, risk assessments and lead investigations of non-conformities.

- Ensure compliance with ISO, BRC and B certificate regulations

- Oversee the Goods in and Dispatch areas ensuring high standards are met.

- Liaise with all internal departments to ensure KPI's are met.

The ideal Warehouse & Logistics Team Leader candidate:

- Minimum 5 years of warehouse or logistics experience with a steady work history

- Able to demonstrate leadership and the development of relationships within a fast-paced environment

- Able to communicate with all levels of an organisation

Pay rate and working hours:

- Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00 with flexible hours available

- Salary will be 32,000
