About the role:As a Senior Creative, you will be responsible for:- Creating fresh, exciting concepts for product launches, ad campaigns, and seasonal promotions that really connect with beauty and wellness audiences- Presenting ideas and concepts to clients or stakeholders and adapting based on feedback- Keeping up with what's happening in beauty and wellness so your designs always feel fresh and current- Ensuring all design materials-from social media assets to packaging-align with the brand's established identity - Providing creative direction and constructive feedback to junior team members
What we want from you:
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related field - At least 5 years of design experience, some experience in a leadership position would be a bonus- Experience in the Health and Beauty sector would also be beneficial- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other industry standard design tools- Ability to mentor and guide junior members of the team
