Key Responsibilities:
- Handle new and renewal business processes, from quotations to placement.
- Prepare detailed presentations for clients and underwriters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
- Process and issue Mid-Term Adjustments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and process renewals while obtaining claims listings and experiences.
- Ensure all instructions and requirements are handled promptly and accurately.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Private Medical Account Handler with a keen interest in career growth.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
- Progress towards Cert CII qualification is desirable, with full funding and support provided.
- Proficiency in handling insurance documentation and presentations.
