This full-time role will commence in April 2025 and offers the chance to lead a vibrant department dedicated to delivering exceptional language education.

About the Role:As Head of MFL, you will:
- Lead and manage the Modern Foreign Languages department across KS3 and KS4.
- Develop and implement engaging and effective teaching strategies to promote student success in languages.
- Provide strong leadership, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Communicate and liaise effectively with other members of staff to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.
- Play a vital role in shaping the vision and direction of the department, inspiring both staff and students.
About You:We are looking for a Head of MFL who:
- Has a strong track record of teaching and leadership in Modern Foreign Languages.
- Is passionate about language learning and has the drive to make MFL a cornerstone of the school's curriculum.
- Demonstrates excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Communicates clearly and works collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
