Description
The company is searching for a 4 - 10 PQE commercial lawyer to join their team in Essex. Your day to day work would include:
- Advising, drafting, and negotiating IT / tech-related agreements including licensing, software, SaaS, outsourcing, and more.
- Drafting and negotiating general contracts including joint venture and white label agreements
- Collaborating across legal and the wider business on UK & European projects
- Providing ad hoc legal and risk advice as needed
- Regulatory & compliance
- Supervising more junior members of the team
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- 4 - 10 years' post-qualification experience as a solicitor in England & Wales
- Strong experience as a commercial tech & outsourcing solicitor
- Th ability to commute into their office in Essex 2 - 3 days per week
