Key Responsibilities:- Handle private law proceedings and Family Law Act cases
- Manage divorce, separation, and financial orders
- Draft and advise on cohabitation agreements and pre/post-nuptial agreements.
- Represent clients and conduct your own advocacy in court
- Deliver exceptional client care, ensuring clients are supported throughout their legal journey
- Managing an independent caseload
- 1+ years PQE in Family Law (applications outside this range will be considered)
- Proven ability to manage a diverse family law caseload independently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly client-focused, with exceptional relationship-building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and other IT systems
