Overview
As the sole Private Client lawyer, you will handle a diverse range of quality private client matters, providing expert legal advice and high service levels to clients while working independently on your own caseload.

Responsibilities

  • Draft wills and Powers of Attorney for clients
  • Administer estates and provide Inheritance Tax Planning advice
  • Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
  • Impart key information in an easily understood manner
  • Prioritise and manage own workload efficiently under pressure
  • Demonstrate proactive thinking and problem-solving skills

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work effectively under pressure
  • Solid understanding of Inheritance Tax Planning (advantageous)
