Overview
As the sole Private Client lawyer, you will handle a diverse range of quality private client matters, providing expert legal advice and high service levels to clients while working independently on your own caseload.
Responsibilities
- Draft wills and Powers of Attorney for clients
- Administer estates and provide Inheritance Tax Planning advice
- Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
- Impart key information in an easily understood manner
- Prioritise and manage own workload efficiently under pressure
- Demonstrate proactive thinking and problem-solving skills
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work effectively under pressure
- Solid understanding of Inheritance Tax Planning (advantageous)
