A client of ours in the Witham area are recruiting a Logistics Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm and paying 25,000 - 28,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
- Prepare shipping documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
- Liaise with transport providers, freight forwarders, and customs agents
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory
- Process orders and liaise with internal departments (sales, warehouse, purchasing)
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Logistics Administrator position:
- Proven experience in a logistics distribution and supply chain role
- Highly organised
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office packages
