Key Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:

  • Proactively seek and capitalise on partnership opportunities in the sea and air freight sectors, building lasting relationships with key industry players.
  • Develop new partnerships with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and logistics providers to fuel the expansion of the company's freight operations.
  • Cultivate and manage existing partnerships to ensure continued success, growth, and long-term collaboration.
  • Think critically when formulating strategies to ensure project success, collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions for our partners.

Requirements as a Business Development Manager:

  • A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of business development experience within the sea and air freight industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills-you will be working closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to foster growth and collaboration.
  • A proven track record of executing successful business development strategies within the freight, shipping, and logistics sectors.
  • A goal-oriented, focused approach to your work, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
